A faster way to say thanks

Strikepay knew that tipping had fallen behind. What used to take seconds now often doesn’t happen at all - no coins, no notes, no easy alternative. And yet, for the people who rely on tips, that change is deeply felt.

The challenge was to design a cashless tipping experience that felt just as instant, intuitive and human as the original - while being slick, modern, and dead simple to use across restaurants, taxis, charities, and more.

One product, multiple paths

The tipping screen was the heartbeat of the product. We sweated the details - from colour contrast to button sizing - then prototyped in Principal to test the interactions, refine the flow, and sell the vision.

The result was a UI that did the hard work invisibly. Fewer taps, less friction, more tips. Time-to-Tip went from 18 seconds to 8. Job done.

Bringing it to the web

On the web side, Strikepay needed more than a sales page - they needed a brand moment. So we built a site that felt confident, down to earth, and people-first.

With case studies, real imagery, and a Webflow setup that meant the team could update things themselves, we left them with a site as flexible as it is futureproof.

Instant impact

A better flow, a faster product, and a brand that feels like it belongs. Strikepay’s now positioned as one of Ireland’s hottest startups - and their system is used in more places, by more people, every day.

Because when tipping’s this easy, it happens more often.

“The Bang team really understood our goals and what we were trying to achieve for our customers. They completely revamped our app interface and gave us a stunning new website. They challenged our thinking and made some big decisions with our sticky user journey which helped significantly reduce the time it took for a user to make a payment. Friendly, clinical and creative. Highly recommended.”
